“We enjoyed our week stay here. The host was responsive, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. They even had a high chair and pack-and-play for our toddler. The airplanes were loud occasionally but that would be true of anywhere in downtown. We were overall very happy and would recommend this host to anyone coming to the area. ”

“I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!”
