The airplanes were loud occasionally but that would be true of anywhere in downtown. We were overall very happy and would recommend this host to anyone coming to the area. 」

「I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!」

「Our stay was great, the host was very responsive and resolved issues that arose promptly. We appreciated the ease of communication. The location was fantastic, being steps away from the beach! We did have a few issues with only partial outlets working which was frustrating with a house full of people. Also, it would be nice if a laundry basket was provided as the laundry is downstairs on the ground level which made carrying laundry up and down the stairs a bit tricky. Also, more hooks for towels...
