「Thanks to rewards $$ thru Expedia we decided to stay in the Presidential Suite. Very nice room!! Bed was super comfortable. Jetted tub was definitely relaxing. Both tv remotes worked - which was great. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy - well stocked and tasty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the couch in our room - not too comfortable. Overall - if you ever get to stay in this suite - you won't be...

「Booked this hotel as it was advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance when we checked in. I had worked 9 hours and drove 4 hours to get there. It was almost 9pm. I was not switching hotels. I think I should have been alerted prior to check in day so I had a choice to book elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!」
