We enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean. We enjoyed the back covered porch. The only complaint we had at all was the beds were not comfortable but that’s to be expected when staying away from home. Overall, it was very nice!

Wonderful Stay with River Town Rentals!

I came to Columbus for work and the Cozy Martin House was exactly what I needed for location and amenities. The house was spotless and everything I needed was provided. The kitchen was well equipped (the MOST kitchen supplies I've ever seen in a short-term rental). Loved the single level floor plan and easy entrance from the back carport. The master bath hot tub was a dream! Thanks again for a fabulous stay. I will definitely be back if I ever return to Columbus.

Perfect House!

We were in the area for a military function. This house was perfectly located in relationship to the main entrance for Ft. Moore. There's a Publix right down the street and the BEST BBQ to enjoy. :)The kitchen is well stocked. We truly enjoyed the coffee bar vibe and loved the finishing touches of having "to go" cups for each morning as we headed to base. The beds were comfortable. We loved the oversized bath towels and how soft they were! It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper were provided for us to use. This house has so much CHARM to it! I needed to touch base with the property manager over beeping batteries in the fire alarms and before I knew it, someone was there to replace them. We weren't expecting such a quick response as we were barely unpacked at this point. The outdoor furniture was our favorite place to hang when we were at the house.Highly recommend! If my son weren't leaving Ft. Moore, I would rebook this house for our next stay.

Great house and location

We loved everything about this house! Only thing we were not made aware of, or I didn't notice, was the 37 non-refundable damage fee. We were charged 50 for an early check in, which we didn't request, but was corrected. All in all, it was a great place and experience.
