It was tolerable. Could have been cleaner. Mattress and box spring covers had stains but weren't filthy. Room didnt look like it had been swept and mopped. It was ok enough for two nights considering I only slept and showered there. Breakfast was not hot and only barely warm but the waffles where good.

Pulling up to this hotel, it is situated next to a run-down small motel. There was a guy laying outside of his room on the ground at this motel who we hoped was okay. Check in went fine, the room was nothing special and it looked like our room was still being painted or just needed to have the final finishing touches. The room was dark enough to sleep in but you could hear outside noises easily as a couple of motorcycles pulled in later that night. The included breakfast was the worst part for us. The cereal was extremely stale, the mini muffins tasted weird, the orange juice came out clear and the "hot" foods were lukewarm at best. We ended up getting breakfast sandwiches at Buccee's.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. They are very friendly and everything is kept clean. We had a small tear in the fitted sheet and it was replaced :). The parking lot is well lit and clean. We had a very early appointment and did not eat the breakfast buffet but it smelled good.

Very poor! Super dirty and broken stuff in the bedroom and bathroom, bed sheets has stains. No soap in the bathroom!! and the bathroom doesn't have hanger to hang your cloth, I just ended up putting them on the floor to take a shower.

The toilet was broken and leaking in the first room assigned. Changed rooms and the new room was infested with bugs, the sink was clogged, and there were clothes or something left from tje previous guests. Overall lack of cleanliness. I will never stay at another Quality Inn & Suites. Worst place I have ever stayed!

I had a dirty bed and dirty makeup on pillow case! Asked front desk to please change sheets she gave me the sheets to change the bed myself, Then gives me a full size bed sheet when I had a king bed. Asked to speak with manager they said he would be there next morning he wasn’t then said next week he wasn’t. Just got the run around about manager.
Said they cleaned room but left trash on night stand.
This was their “ continental breakfast” was a joke and bread for toast was stale.
