“Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto……

“Unser Zimmer war wirklich groß. Wir hatten zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize Boxspring Betten. Dazu ein großes Wohnzimmer und Küche, ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank. Zwei saubere große Bäder und ein wirklich riesiger Balkon mit tollem Meerblick (7. Stock). Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und das Abendbuffet waren sehr guter südlicher Standard. Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden. Dazu zwei herrliche Pools, wer mag, kann aber auch im Meer……

“We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were great, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping, as the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.”

“El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad/precio. El personal de recepción muy amable. La limpieza de las instalaciones estaba bien, mejorable en las habitaciones donde había algo de polvo bajo el sofá cama y los baños podrían estar más relucientes. El desayuno no estaba mal, el buffet de la cena algo escaso. La zona de la piscina muy limpia.”

“Séjour d'une semaine en famille agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute, le buffet délicieux. Seul bémol les chambres ne sont pas climatisées.”

“The hotel is amazing and right on the ocean. from cleaning to different amenities it was great, food was good they had theme nights like Mexican, pools close rather early for me but with the ocean right there why was anyone in the pools ever lol. The water park that's so very close was cool, the board walk to buy stuff was very close and easy not bad prices either. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and didn't expect tips. The extra trips available were great the boat to see dolphins was……

“Das Hotel kann ich vor allem mit dem Sportprogramm am Vormittag auf der dachterasse sehr empfehlen; auch der Fitnessbereich war gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Turmzimmer, was ich immer wieder nehmen würde, da wir einen eigenen Whirlpool hatten. Für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist der Weg nach unten ins Zentrum und zum Strand nicht einfach… SEHR viele Treppen.. und das Zentrum sehr touristisch und kein einheimisches Flair. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts…”
