The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is an exit leading to the terrace from the kitchen area, as well as a separate guest toilet. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm), and the other with a French bed (160 cm). Additionally, there is a shower room, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin.
