“A shuttle picks up skiers just outside the building, but it was also a very close to walk to the American Flyer lift. Also it is close to the restaurants and shops in Center Village. There was a little bit of highway noise, but not bad. Beautiful view from the very large condo windows. Good communication with the property owner—He was very helpful.”

“Perfect location l, perfect amenities. Love the location to and from beaver run lift, very easy to ride into ground floor to grab lunch or snacks. Owner was very responsive, answer everything I asked. Kids said the sofa bed was the most comfortable mattress they had ever slept on. You don't hear that much from a sofa bed. If I suggest an upgrade it would be on the coffee maker or bring your own pods, which we did. Fresh coffee grounds was a messy. I highly recommend this room. Stress free. Wish……

“Stayed 5 nights and couldn't be happier. Just under a 2 mile drive to the river run gondola. Easy access to Breckenridge, Basin, and Vail. Convenient shuttle bus stop outside the building. Instructions on locating the condo weren't the greatest but found it after walking around for about 5 minutes. Great experience otherwise and would stay again, thanks!”

“This is the second time we have stayed in this studio condo at Peak 9 in Breck. It is the most affordable and perfectly located condo on the mountain. Ski in and out and use of all the amenities, this is a perfect get away for two. We took advantage of the fitness center this time - great facility. And you walk into town!! highly recommend.”

“We had a fantastic stay! The place felt brand new and was sparkling clean, situated just a short walk from some great restaurants. While carrying skis to the gondola required a bit of effort, it was completely manageable. Looking forward to our next visit – we'll definitely be back!”

My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). “Really cute property and place but the shower wouldn’t drain and we called the Vacasa management and they never sent anyone out. Also it’s pretty annoying that you have to check-in and checkout somewhere completely off property, it’s inconvenient. But the property is in a great location and was nice. ”

“This was a great place to stay for a spring ski trip to A Basin. The bus that goes up to A Basin stops right next to this property, so it was very easy to get up to the mountain. The studio condo was very nice--well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean. The check out instructions were a little confusing--not communicated when I checked in, and I could not figure out where the garbage was supposed to go.
