Beautiful property in a great location, check in just needs to be easier.

We could not fault the property itself. It was clean, tidy, has great amenities and we honestly could not have been in a better location. On stepping out from the front of the property you immediately stand at the foot of the duomo and are less than five minutes walk from the lakefront. Easy to access Brunate too. The only headache was the check in process which involved signing a tenancy agreement, taking selfies, sending everyone’s passports and personal information and then separately involves a video call to verify every member of the party. We also ended up having to wait an extra half hour after the original check in time and had to chase the host to call us with the code for the self check in. With a slicker check in this would be a five star stay.

Great location and terrific property.

We stayed in Como for 2 nights and enjoyed the location very much. The only issue was checking in. It went smoothly but I was not notified until 2 days before we arrived that I would have to go by the management office first to check in and I had already booked my car to take me directly to the unit. It would have been nice to know when booking that I would need to check in elsewhere. About a 10 minute drive.
