“I rarely review hotel stays but I was so disappointed with this hotel particularly after all the positive reviews. We booked a suite and discovered it was infested with hundreds of ants that were attracted to an open sugar cube in the inside of the coffee tray. This had been missed by the cleaning staff and based on the amount of the ants, it had been missed multiple times/days. The bed was broken on one side resulting in it squeaking with every move. The staff did not have another option……

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again.
But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite.
Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold.
I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“I chose this hotel due to the affordable rate and its convenient, central location. Despite this, it was fairly quiet from city noise. While the storage space was adequate, there were only 2 hangers. The bed was clean, but the floors were dirty. There was also a used bath towel with a piece of someone’s hair still on it hanging in the bathroom. I communicated this to the staff and requested for the bathroom be cleaned while I was out for dinner (this request was not fulfilled). The bathroom tile……
