「I rarely review hotel stays but I was so disappointed with this hotel particularly after all the positive reviews. We booked a suite and discovered it was infested with hundreds of ants that were attracted to an open sugar cube in the inside of the coffee tray. This had been missed by the cleaning staff and based on the amount of the ants, it had been missed multiple times/days. The bed was broken on one side resulting in it squeaking with every move. The staff did not have another option...

「Hotel and staff were excellent, definitely recommend it to everyone, thank you so much👍👍👍」

「The hotel has a perfect location. The staff was helpful in answering questions about transport and sightseeing. The room was large but the drainage outlet of the bathroom didn’t work well.」

「I enjoyed the location of the hotel, the staff was kind and warm, and was overall a comfortable place. I’d like to come back here again.」

「The staff are very nice and the room is clean. 」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Hotel is clean and in good condition. Room is decorated with different theme and model. Comfortable stay.」

There was also a used bath towel with a piece of someone’s hair still on it hanging in the bathroom. I communicated this to the staff and requested for the bathroom be cleaned while I was out for dinner (this request was not fulfilled). The bathroom tile...

「Location safe. Room is clean. Some reception is no smile no greetings. The day I left I see the boss was there so everyone is nice. 」

「Nice and safe hotel. And so kind staff」

「It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.」

「typical marriott, it is good. 」

「Noulimone the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. I explained there was no hot water in my room and she immediately came to my assistance. When it was determined that the problem was affecting all rooms and could not be fixed till the following morning she went out of her way to compensate me. She appealed to her manager on my behalf and allowed me to have a complementary buffet breakfast the next morning. This is what quality customer service represents to a world traveller like...
