「After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. 「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary. 」

「Property was clean, the hosts were welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. It was exactly as advertised, quiet and conveniently located for the places and facilities we wanted to visit.
