“We stayed here for a weekend so that my partner could paddle on the Ocoee for opening weekend. Can't ask for more at the price - clean, convenient to the Ocoee/hiking/mountains, sweet amenities like snacks and soap! we will stay again!”

“Hiwassee Acres was better than I could have expected. The property was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kathi and David were great hosts who could be found working around the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!”

“Like a secret little paradise! Kathi and her husband were so kind and hospitable! We had a wonderful time kayaking at sunset, and we can't wait for a reason to come through the Cleveland area again so we can bring the kids to see! Everything was shiny clean and perfectly in place! Check in and out were seemless and the room was well stocked with whatever we needed! We will definitely be back!”

“Great spot to get away on the lake, the place was clean and tidy. My only complaints were there was only 2 full size bath towels that I could find, and there is a ring camera on the back door that was not mentioned on the listing. The back porch is what sold me on this spot, however, with the idea of lack of privacy (ring camera) we didn't spend much time out there.”
