"10/2026: It was a great stay the hotel is a little outdated but its clean and staff is friendly, they had nightly entertainment too. The only thing is that everything closes by 10:30pm. But the location is great because you can always go to any of the bars around the hotel for after hours. This is for sure a family friendly hotel. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was good too. I would stay here again specially if I'm traveling with children."

"The butler service was above and beyond expectations. We could text him with ant questions, requests, dinner reservations, ect and was super responsive. This place has every detail really thoughtfully executed. Stunning rooms, excellent food, strong drinks, and the most beautiful pools. Our son was obsessed with the kids club. All the ladies that work there were so engaging with our son. He loved them all and could tell they cared about his stay as well."

"What a great property! The house was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and delightful to have around and added value without compromising privacy. Maria and Karina prepared some great food and we would encourage you to plan for that. The only suggestion would be to do it early on and mid trip because they leave the left overs and then you have time to enjoy them. The pool was very relaxing. It was a bonus to have a nice little restaurant across the street for any quick meal. Be careful of walking on the cobblestone streets when they are wet. They get slippery. Internet works better on the main floor than bedroom level. We were not successful using the TV so watched Netflix on the laptop which worked fine. We would highly recommend."

"An amazing space for large groups! We used 8 rooms with a group of 16 and the common areas were expansive. The pool and palapa were a highlight. The host on site (Angie) catered to all our requests, coordinating excursions, shopping and transportation. Included a great off site restaurant reservation. Omar (chef) did such a great job curating local and unique meals 3x a day, also thoughtful to food restrictions. The assistants (Fernando, Dora and Izalia) all kept the place clean and operating perfectly. This is a 10/10 experience! Thanks also to Sally (Owner) with the initial communications."
