"My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Villa Divina. The whole staff made us feel special and welcomed. They show care from the first interaction I had with them. Lupita helped us organize our anniversary dinner, select our room, transportation from the airport, etc. She was very professional and always willing to help. On our arrival Pascual and Juan welcomed us with beverages and delicious food, very friendly and attentive, they made sure we had everything we need it through out our stay, when we went to our room we were surprised to find the room decorated with happy anniversary balloons, a bouquet of roses and petals from the door to the bed. Just like you see in movies, thank you Isabel for making sure everything was perfect in our room. Omar treated us during the day with excellent service. We only interacted once with Elisa on our last day. She made us brunch, the perfect send off. I would like to thank the whole staff, we only met six of them, I was told there are nine staff members. I wish I asked the names of the remaining three members. This is very special place, they people there make special. We will definitely visit them again. We had an unforgettable anniversary. Pascal and Juan, thank you for the fireworks!!!"

"Hotel Mondavi is located on top of a hill in one of the most luxurious and safe areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are many beautiful mansions around, and I saw police patrols often, which made the area feel very secure. The staff were friendly, and the property itself is quiet and peaceful. The pool and rooftop areas were usually private — most of the time I was the only person there, which made it very relaxing. The room size was just right, and the air-conditioning worked well. I walked from the hotel to downtown Puerto Vallarta several times. The walk took less than 40 minutes, and it was a nice road with great scenery. This hotel is perfect if you want to relax, enjoy the views, and spend time at the property. However, if you plan to go to the beach or downtown multiple times a day, keep in mind that the walk or ride up the hill can be a bit challenging to do more than once a day. Overall, it’s a great place for peace, comfort, and beautiful views."
