「This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.」

Perfectly in the back section of the Zona Romántica - a short walk to all the restaurants and bars, but quiet. The brand new pool will be ready in 2-4 weeks (Sept 2025). Ask about ground floor rooms if some stairs are an issue, but everyone offered to help with luggage.」
