“I enjoyed the stay at your condo. Very clean and a nice view”

“Place is cute. Things they could be better: there were crumbs under the couch cushions and under the bed in the master was dirty. Also. No hand soap in the bathrooms and no trash bags for the kitchen. Over all good though and would stay again.”

“Our stay at the Urban Green was an absolute delight, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The space is clean, cozy and inviting. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space, from the complimentary toiletries to the cozy throw blankets and comfortable beds. “The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning……….”

“Quite good. The plastic under mattress is awful. And the 2 small bed with cheap mattress are lousy. And the 2 bathroom is a joke. But it worked for us. Thanks”

“Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away……

“This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again.”

“Property was clean, towels and linens were a nice bonus. Neighborhood is nice for dog walking and has a cute coffee shop a few minutes away to walk to.”

“It was a very nice remodeled 3 bedroom and the owner took our calls and text right away. Had a little electrical issue in the kitchen for a few days but it was finally handled and a little refund was made. We were aprox 35-40 mins from Salem, Glouster, and other area's we drove to every day. My daughter and I had a great week.”

“While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. We didn't get communication……

“Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around.”

“My wife and I had a great week at the Cozy Cottage. Loved the location. Although it is described as cozy, it was plenty spacious for the two of us and our Corgi.”
