“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Children had fun den building and enjoyed the novelty of the pod while the adults enjoyed having a loo and hot water in the pod.”

"Really lovely area, great pub with welcoming staff. The room was easily accessible, which was perfect as I went to sleep quite late. The only issue was the lack of hot water when I tried to have a shower."
