Not this is not a fashionable hotel kind of way, but it looks like everything’s being held together by caulking in the bathroom in the furniture might disintegrate at any moment. In the morning when I got up to get coffee, the lids they put out didn’t match any of the cups. Like it’s all just for show.”

“Great hotel. Wonderful in every way except for getting early check in and late check out. They got me in by about 1:30 and gave me to 1:30 checkout. Better than nothing. My credit card was left at the bar on the roof (they told me they lunch charge it to the room but I was told by the front desk that it should have worked. The hotel charged me $9.95 to send the card back to me ”

“The Indigo Inn is a very quaint, cozy building in a very convenient location for tourists. We walked to the Market and took one of the many horse and carriage tours, which was very enjoyable. The Inn has an enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, and a lovely fountain. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast, as well as cheese and wine in the evening and cookies and milk at night. The room was very nice with lovely furnishings and was quiet. “We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants.
