Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. The room was really quiet, despite it being a very lively night as PSG had just won the Champions League! The old town and Cathedral were an easy walk away.
