“We had a very difficult time finding the Arch. There was a doorway onto a long dark littered hallway to a very dark staircase. All painted black & very dreary. The room itself was clean. No staff on site-more like a boarding house. We were told there would be breakfast but on arrival that changed. We were told it was over a wine bar & restaurant but it was not open for business. I would not recommend”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Great variety and freshly made. The evening meal was of a very high standard and a good choice menue. ”
