Gorgeous Spacious Waterfront Townhome

Gorgeous water front home on Lake Conroe. 3 bedrooms with a sleeping loft and a game room, this property comfortably sleeps 11 and has 3 full bathrooms. Located in a protected cove with calm water so you can swim, paddle board or kayak without worry. Curbside boat docking makes loading and unloading a breeze!

Plenty of space inside (2,315sqft) and out. Updated open floor plan interior with panoramic windows to soak it all in. Windows come equipped with motorized solar shades when privacy is desired. Utility room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. TV's are equipped with Rokus so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc account.

Many amenities close by including golf, the yacht club, fishing, boating etc. The marina shop is just a short walk away and offers boat and paddle board rentals as well as tackle and bait. We are on one of Lake Conroe's favorite fishing spots!

The yacht club provides gorgeous sprawling views of Lake Conroe, pool access as well as fantastic dining. Sunday brunch at the yacht club is very popular!

Stunning property

Walden Townhome

This townhome in Walden on Lake Conroe was a perfect location for our family getaway. The townhouse is clean and very spacious for all family members. The upstairs bathrooms are a little dated but work fine for teens and kids. The townhouse is in a convenient location near the marina and yacht club. We look forward to future stays in this townhome!

Great corner unit!

The 1st floor is amazing, great views of the lake & good seating options. Small touches like nice hangers and new kitchen supplies would be the only improvement I would recommend. It’s nice having a restroom for each bedroom.

Lakefront paradise

Never have we opened the door to a vacation rental and been blown away by how awesome the place was until now. All I can say is Wow! Gorgeous, remodeled lakefront condo with a well-furnished kitchen, close proximity to the yacht club and pool, safe harbor for our boat and room for everyone. We'll be back!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Nine family members over the age of 17. Kristy the manager responded very quickly to any issues we had gaining access and familiarity with property. Biggest drawback was trash collection. The trash bins were full when we arrived and never were emptied during our 4 day stay. The reason was because of the Thanksgiving weekend collection schedule. We survived! The location next to the marina proved restful and pleasant. Thanks to Kristy for working with us.

Cute little oasis!

First, we cannot speak highly enough of the hosts. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions leading up to booking and even after booking. When we had a death in the family and needed to make some changes to our original plans, they were beyond accommodating. Super easy to work with and just very kind! Neighborhood: friendly, quiet, very safe. Huge community pool with separate kids’ area/splash pad, cafe for ordering food and cocktails, and staff at pool/cafe were super friendly. Pickleball courts as well. Bring your own paddles/ball! Fantastic location, close to a Walmart and Kroger, as well as loads of restaurants and places to rent boats and other water activities. The property itself was just what we needed. We loved being able to bring our pups with us, but at the same time, the house smelled nice and clean, not at all like pets had ever been present in the home. We loved having a separate master downstairs and giving the kids the entire upstairs to the teens, plus their own bathrooms. Spacious patio area for grilling, and the lake is steps away, very calm, perfect for floating. Hosts had it all covered, floats, board games and cards, and even basic spices, coffee filters, etc. I would recommend packing beach towels because towels provided are minimal and were exactly what we needed daily for showering, so we struggled for pool/lake towels. Thankfully with the washer/dryer available we washed towels daily. Don’t hesitate to choose this spot!

This home worked out great for our stay on the lake! We enjoyed being able to tie our boat up right in front of our unit. We loved having a nice grassy area around us for our dogs to enjoy. It's a lovely quiet place to enjoy water views and float or paddle board. We can't wait to go back!

Great for a Big Family

We had a fantastic time at the lake and were very happy with the recommended boat rental vendor. The house was spacious and worked perfectly for both teens and adults, especially with our very different sleep schedules. We really appreciated the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and how conveniently located it was to all of our planned activities. We’d gladly stay here again!
