This guest did not stay this property. We do not show any where that we do not have an elevator. If we had a first floor room available we would have given them that, but unfortunately we were sold out that evening and had limited availability at the time of their arrival. We are so sorry we didn't have a ground floor room available. If you request first floor ahead of time we can block one for our guests who can't use stairs.

We apoogize for the inconvenience, we are working to make our guest’s fitness experience better by adding new equipment and renovating the entire gym. We truly appreciate your feedback and for staying with us at the SureStay Studio by Best Western Conroe Downtown.
