“This is a very small apartment in Les Chartrons. The location is great and check in was easy However, the apartment has some problems.. the front door shakes when anyone enters the building and insulation is poor so you hear every footstep or sound right into the living room kitchen. The bathroom is not well renovated.. the shower door doesn’t open fully so it hits the toilet seat and the air ventilator doesn’t ever turn off so you hear it making noise in the night. “I am trying to be very honest about our stay because some of the things that bothered me, won't be a problem for other people. Keep in mind we were traveling with two children, a 5yo, and a 2yo so this definitely impacted our experience.Pros:The apartment is in a good location, several things to do within walking distance (restaurants, shopping, park, pharmacy).Apartment is spacious for a familyApartment has all the basics for a nice stay - Kitchen is equipped, bathrooms are stocked, etc.Pack……

“Location is great and apt is comfortable enough. Very quiet. There is a good work space. However, no info is provided on how to operate hob, oven, m/w, d/w, washing machine, heaters, and no guidance on restaurants, door key quirks, sights or transport. 2 of 4 burners on hob broken, front panel of d/w missing (unsightly, hard to open), no shelves/storage in bathroom (not a problem if short stay, but we were there for a month). Beds are large and one is comfortable; other is hard like a wooden……

Auch sind wir unkompliziert empfangen worden und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Schade war, dass die Terrasse ziemlich dreckig war, sodass wir sie nicht genutzt haben und einige Details könnten besser gepflegt sein. (Z.B. rutscht die Verkleidung der Spülmaschine beim Schließen runter und der Duschkopf im oberen Bad hält nicht mehr.)”
