「Great stay great staff」

「The hotel during our stay was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a large sitting area for breakfast. The truck with some of the food choices for their breakfast bar had not arrived so the options were apparently more limited than usual. They did have continental breakfast items, including cereal, toast, bagels, and waffles, which was fine with us.」

「The staff were wonderful. The room we stayed in was just remodeled and I believe that we were the first ones to stay in it. A lot of the motel is still under renovation, so it is messy from the work, but the new rooms are great. Only complaint is the bed was put on an aluminum platform. I found it quite easy to accidentally kick it when walking up to the bed. Sounds like a gong going off. Startling. Especially when my wife was asleep 」

「Our family recently stayed at the Best Western in Gas City and we quickly wished we had made reservations at a different hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not have a hot shower for the entire visit. The water was warm, but not hot. Also, the breakfast on all three mornings was not stocked and several items were missing. We will not be staying here again.」

「Room was unsanitary and poorly kept. The room smelled and made me sick. It was loud during the night and sleep was impossible. The window was cracked and the curtains were flimsy and did not block out the busy street. Worst experience I've ever had. I pushed through the first night, but had to pay for another hotel for the remainder of my trip. The hotel refused to refund me for the second day. Expedia did not help when I called.」
