“The house is very nice and I wouldn’t mind living there , The best thing about it is the view from the deck, of the mountains and the valley it’s incredible! We all had a very enjoyable time being there for the week 😃 My communication back-and-forth with Terry was pleasant and my questions were answered very quickly. Had a great overall experience!”

“First off, let me say the the communication with the host was absolutely ideal. The house was immaculate. Perfect setup. It was myself and my husband, my teenage son and his friend. You are a 5 min walk from the base of the mountain. It’s just a great setup. We are definitely considering renting for next year!”

“We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. “The house was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. My husband and I brought our two dogs for a little vacation. We were greeted with dog treats, bowls for food and water, personalized Good Friday Chalet stickers, and a cute sign with my name on it. Although we went in the spring, the house would also be great for one of our ski trips in the winter. “The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. There were kayaks and a canoe to use. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed ourselves with those. Large lawn and firepit along with table. The kitchen……

“Amazing chalet in a perfect location! We loved our stay here. All the facilities were well maintained and all arrangements and instructions were clear. The chalet was also very clean and every detail of the stay was very well thought and organized. The customer service team was excellent and kind enough to call and follow-up to check in on how the checkin went or if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this place !!”

“My friends and I had the BEST time! The location and views were beautiful. The area is peaceful and quiet and very easy to access. The lodge was so clean and gorgeous. The host was so responsive to my needs and gave very clear instructions about what to do! The check in process was super easy! The main town is very close and mountain resorts were a 15 min drive! I will definitely be coming back here to stay :)”

“We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. It is located a short drive to North Conway which is what we wanted. There are many breweries and restaurants within a very easy drive. The only issue we were not thrilled with is you have to bring your own sheets and towels which we did not see mentioned in the original listing. Aside from this I highly recommend this home.”

“This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back.”

We ski at King Pine because it’s great for kids, but there are several mountains within easy reach. We absolutely love the open floor plan of the house because we can all be together in the kitchen, living room and dining room on the main floor. “Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. We really enjoyed the nice kitchen (could use a better quality cutting board), large dining room table, comfy chairs and couch with lots of cozy blankets, and most of all the spectacular view out over the lake! “Our host Marianne made our stay very relaxing. She is very accommodating and very responsive. We like to hike with our dog. The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone with a pup who enjoys the outdoors but also likes quiet at night. ”
