「Love this place. Nice cozy environment. No complains.」

「I liked that it was affordable, simple, conveniently located to both Estes Park and the RMNP entrance. It had everything we needed, I loved its proximity to the river and being able to hear the river. The refrigerator motor and the door handle to the deck need attention. I messaged this to the management company and they quickly replied that they would take care of it.」

「Great place to stay! They had maintenance on the pool that had to be done while we were there. They property manager called us to let us know they would be coming, maintenance people were faster and got there before we got a call, but they did call and explain what was going on and were so friendly. That is only time we had to talk to property management and they were awesome!! 10/10 would recommend and will stay with the company again! 」

「This property was amazing! Super spacious, 4 bed 3 bath, dog friendly, family friendly, and super close to the marina and town. The host replied quickly and accommodated an early check in. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely would rebook. Garage has been converted to a yoga studio, sauna, lifting area and that was super nice to have as well.」

「We love the place」

「The property was perfect for my family of 5 plus my sister and her three girls and the grandparents. With 3 bedrooms with a king bed, it was spacious for 3 sets of adults and the cousins shared the other two bedrooms (boys took one, girls took the other). The hot tub right off the front porch was great and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a bunch of things in the pantry which is always nice to not have to buy every spice needed to cook. We happily left a few things behind for...

「"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The lake views are simply stunning! It felt more like staying at a friend’s cozy mountain home than a rental, which allowed us to completely unwind." We even saw a couple bald eagles fly over while sitting on the dock. The home has a charming, 'classic' feel with older furniture, but it was very clean and provided every amenity we could ask for incision string wifi. Easy parking for 2 cars. Marina 2 minute walk away to rent a kayak or boat. Great location. 」

「We came in for a concert at Clemson. This location was very close. The price was perfect especially since everyone else jacked their prices sky high for the event. Communication was great! The condo was very cute and right on the water.」
