“The host did not reply to messages of concern. We checked in and the temperature was very cold in the cabin with no instructions on how to turn the heat up. We did eventually figure it out but I immediately sent a message and received a message in response over 24 hrs later when I responded about a different issue. On Sunday at 6:30am we were woken up by someone shoveling the deck with no notice or warning. He said he was screamed at by his boss to clear the deck at 6am even though there were……

“Truly phenomenal. Words cannot express how lovely our stay at the chalet was. The home was spacious and filled with genuine care from the hosts in every corner. Beds and linens were top quality, ample towels available for showering, dips in the hot tub (the sugar on the top of this trip), and wet feet from the snow. Internet and appliances were modern and easy to use. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook for a large group in. Bathrooms were very clean and stocked with toilet paper,……

“This house was a glorious blessing to all of us!!! It has so many amenities that if the weather is bad or you do not feel like going out you can swim, hit the hot tub, relax in the sauna, watch a movie in the theater room or rock in the rockers by the fireplace and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The adults and kiddos loved playing in the game room and we were able to have food delivered and fit the whole family around the table. It was well worth it!!! Thank YOU 365”
