“Outstanding themed hobbit house. It really feels magical with all the details that the owner put into designing the rooms. The space feels like you just immersed yourself into the world of The Hobbit. The kitchen was well equipped... overall rooms were clean and comfortable and inviting. The host was very clear and responsive and timely with any questions we had. Definitely recommend... even if you never watched The Hobbit or are not into the genre... the home is a must see.”

“Password for internet in book was incorrect. Took 2 calls to get correct password. Bathtub took hours to drain. Plug to drain had been removed and on tub .”

“Everything I was expecting was communicated accurately. The place was nice and spacious overlooking a couple of fairways on the local golf course. Relaxing, quiet, stars at night, sipping coffee outside in the morning with no background car noise. Everything we needed was close by. I would say that if you just want to get away and relax and not break the bank give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed.”
