This charming, 2400 sqft, three bedroom home, with loft, on Lake Michigan's Big Bay de Noc includes 230 feet of private sandy beach!

This property is located next to the Sunset Beach Cottage (VRBO #3179461) and can be rented concurrently.

Available to rent year-round, the house includes a decorative fireplace, central air and forced air heat.

Please note, the fireplace is decorative and can only be used with LED candles, which are provided.

Located about 40 miles east of Escanaba, with easy access to trails for snowmobiling and 4-wheeling.

Well-stocked gourment kitchen with a six burner Jenn-Air cooktop and KitchenAid wall oven.

Coffee options include a French press with burr grinder, traditional drip machine and a Keurig.

Have dinner outdoors while enjoying the Weber gas grill and picnic table.
