「The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Not a bad property for the value. It needs updating, but that does not bother me as long as it’s clean and comfortable. I always love when they have a waffle machine and free breakfast. Overall, for the value, I would definitely stay again.」

「I stayed here with my dog while we were going to visit New River Gorge (which I also highly recommend!). Nobody seemed annoyed that I had my dog! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. It was safe and clean. The park was super close and there is a ton of stuff to eat nearby as well. I appreciated the room also came with a fridge and microwave. Good tv options (it rained a lot on day so I appreciated this). Coffee available all day. Ample parking. Really can’t go wrong...

「Really great place for the price. Extremely comfortable bed and a cozy room. Really enjoyed the bench near the window in my room. My only complaint is the water pressure is very low. Definitely recommend overall though!」

「Nice little older style hotel that has been renewed. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was it was noisy beside the old main road with traffic but that eventually settled. Definitely would recommend. Budget friendly」

「The gentleman who waited on us to check in & out wasn’t friendly. He was difficult to hear because he spoke softly. He did not offer a receipt at check out. The Window blind in room was broken. When retracting, it appeared to be broken on the left side. There was no wall thermostat in the room - only holes where it should have been. A channel guide would be helpful for the tv.」

「Staff obviously doing the best they can and were very friendly. However, the property itself was a great disappointment. The floor was sticky and slimy.We were afraid to put our bare feet down. The t v didn't work. and there was mold in the bathroom. We thought we heard scratching in the walls.We will never be back.This is the worst beware.....」

「Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.」
