Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway! "Everything was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen had great cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a couple quick walks to campus. It was conveniently close, and even though it was always below freezing, still a beautiful campus and very enjoyable and nice to get a walk in."
