"Very impersonal staff. When checking in, the staff didn’t make eye contact and were not forthcoming with information - like when/where is breakfast, how do I find my room, etc. "

"Our electricity had went out due to weather so we had to go to a hotel due to lack of heat at our house. When we got there the staff seemed very uncaring and otherwise distracted hanging out with each other talking in a group. The pool was closed down as well as the kitchen. The rooms were dirty as well as smelly. We woke up to have the to go breakfast they peovided and the cream cheese was so molded it was black and green and hard as a rock. The juice was messed up. I had asked for help and that seemed to be a whole situation as it took 3 very hateful staff members to fix it. When i go to drink it the floaties in it made me think its probably not cleaned. So we packed up and we went to go buy breakfast. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. They need to do better. That could have made people very sick. I had to 1 star but i wish i didnt have to put any. "

" Did do a blacklight check of the bed, sheets, blanket and beadspread, found nothing to report, CLEAN! Did blacklight in the bathroom, floor-clean, toilet-clean, tub-clean! The tv stand and sitting chair had some questionable areas. The tv remote was clean. Overall the room was clean but the smoke smell was awful. The staff was pleasant, not a lot of interaction with staff except for check-in. "

"The desk manager was more interested in his computer-When checking out I turned my keys in. But needed the manager. To hold the door so I could get back in. Instead of helping me, a 75 year old woman, hen says I can do it myself. I will never stay at a Days Inn again."

"The room was clean and not too much noise since it was right next to the road. For the price I gave it a good because it was out dated."

"The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary."

"Checked in and unpacked and had to leave for an event. Noticed immediatly that the bathroom was covered in dirty boot debris and the shower had remnants of some kind of chemicals in it. The bathroom counter had a used soap bar on it. Laid down to watch tv about 1130 pm and the tv didnt work. We went downstairs and stff confirmed a plumber had unclogged the tub earlier. I guess they disnt check to make sure thr room eas cleaned after. We were given a room with a working tv and packed up. The next morning staff was upset that we had 'dirtied' the first room and got upset. The guy who appears to live at the hotel is very odd and we coupsnt tell if he was on something. Would not stay alone at this place as a women."

"Kitchen had no toaster. Kitchen sink was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty, still had water in it from??? We had to wash it thoroughly before using. Overall the house had a strange smell to it, do t know if it was from cleaning products or what. Bathroom sink was dirty, soap dispenser was dirty and the shower was discussing! Sheets in one bedroom had something g white on them in two places. Would not stay here again; needs a good cleaning."
