Disappointing
Neighborhood waa questionable. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Tv was a no go since it wanted me to sign up for Netflix. Did however see one beautiful sunset.

Quick trip
Kitchen floor needed to be mopped. Floor was sticky. Our bare feet or socks were sticking to the floor night the night of arrival we first noticed. Rhe door locked us out the next day a code wouldn’t work. Brandon was great help. He gave me the code for the key box to get back in. Otherwise our stay was good.

Wish it would have been longer
Gorgeous view and clean cabin. Two critical feedback: more detailed directions about how the lock on the front door works and the beds are pretty hard. I would go back, love the bay!

Getaway to see Christmas lights at Shore Acres
Thoroughly enjoyed this little duplex! Beautiful view of the bay! Very clean! Quiet! We would have liked a little Christmas decor & a nite light in the bathroom. But other than that … perfect for our little getaway!! Thank you!!!

Lovely location
Right on the bay, with beautiful views, lots of bird life, outstanding sunsets. The house was super clean and well-supplied. The kitchen had more utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc than I usually see in rentals making cooking a breeze. The location is close to the beaches and state parks. I look forward to returning.

Great place on the bay
We enjoyed staying here and would book again. Wifi was good and house was clean. Neighbors were quiet. Used the provided crabbing equipment down at the Charleston dock and caught a ton of crabs pretty easily.

Very nice relaxing getaway
House was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The beds could use an update to maybe queen sizes. Wish beach was a little more “walkable”. We had a very nice stay. We would recommend this house to friends/family.

Exactly as Described
Cottage was exactly as described. Clean, small but perfect for 4 adults. Great view of the bay, nice and quiet neighbor. We used the coffee pot, but did not really cook as we were out on the sand dunes all day. Plenty of room for parking our big truck and trailer + 1 extra passenger car. Netflix on the TV was absolutely fine. Thank you!!

Was very cute place. Nice and clean. Had neighbors cat with us when we sat out only issue was motor home and lots of Stuff in yard. Also what appeared to be homeless around at times but had no issues . Kitchen well supplied. Great washer and dryer. We got to see the gale storm coming in. Would go again and will recommend to others.

It was an decent place
It was a decent place. We did run out of toilet paper (there was only 1 roll) so we had to go buy some more. Also the kitchen had a funny smell, almost moldy. So we went and bought a candle.

Enjoyed ourselves.
It is a cozy place. We enjoyed ourselves and it was handy for our activities. Loved being by the water. It is a well stocked kitchen, with lots of spices, pots, etc. and loved the shower. The beds are comfortable. We had a great experience. Thank you. A couple of things were perplexing. The kitchen sink faucet has a floppy handle, the lazy Susan cupboard is overfilled and the closet door with linens came off its track. The couch also seemed too soft. Thank you.

Great small gem for a quick stay

Please upgrade your mattresses
This is a great little rental, however the beds are awful. Two Full size beds, so cheaply made, you can feel the springs and the frame around the springs. We had to buy a memory foam mattress topper ($50) after two nights of restless sleep. There are blinds on the windows but no curtains, we also bought blackout curtains. So if the owner could spring for curtains and better Queen size beds this place would be top notch. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities including spices and a very small coffee maker. The view is beyond 5 stars! You can catch large ships being towed by Tug boats and the sunsets are amazing! I would suggest upgrading the furniture to include an ottoman or recliner for a relaxing view out the sliding glass door. The neighbors were not an issue at all, as mentioned in other reviews. The bathroom is perfect and the water pressure is great! Upon arrival there was no extra rolls of toilet paper which we found odd but we went to the local store and got more of that. There is lots to do and see in Coos Bay and this location was perfect for our vacation. Hope this review helps! Thank you!

Quiet retreat
Our half of the duplex was very clean, firm mattresses. Nice bathroom, good kitchen. Access to Netflix and Amazon Prime etc. Perfect for watching fishing boats and barges up and down the river. We enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderfully peaceful
We loved the little cottage overlooking the bay. It was as advertised. However, it is a shoe free home, I may have missed that in the description. All in all, an amazing trip. Contacted customer service for a minor detail clarification. Customer service is A+++. Some reviews mention noisy neighbors with a not so nice looking property. They appear to have eclectic taste and we saw them but were never disturbed by them or their visitors. We absolutely loved our stay so much, the wife didn’t want to leave. Thank you

Easy check in! The house was clean and very well stocked, in fact the best stocked house I’ve stayed at. We were able to spend much time in the house but the view was wonderful watching the tugs and big ships come through. The neighbors to the right were a tad bit sketchy but the view to the left was beautiful. There wasn’t a noise issue, slept well! I would definitely stay here again!

Fine for a quick non fun related stay
Went down to Charleston for work. The house was clean and as described. This is a place that you can tell right away is a rental. It lacks some of the finishing touches of a higher quality rental and it has one neighbor that's loud and unsightly. The view is great and by no means is this place a poor place to stay. Just dont walk in expecting premium finish or picturesque vacation landscape. I'd stay there again and the price definitely makes this a bargain.

Beautiful sunsets on the Bay. Cute and clean little place. We stayed for a week. Neighbors on one side had a really unsightly place, lots of noisy people in and out between 10pm and 3:30am pretty much all week long.

Cute little cottage, clean and well furnished. The view on the bay was a delight and we were lucky to see an amazing sunset. Neighborhood was not very nice to look at, although we didn't experience any noise. All in all, a vey nice stay!

No TV
Place was clean, well stocked kitchen. Mattresses need updating. Neighbors are ‘iffy’. Maybe some hedges? Need a bigger garbage can for kitchen. But biggest negative is there is no TV and that is not included in the write up of the property. When I called about this I was told Well, there IS a tv. Correct however no local channels no cable no nothing. If you don’t have Netflix you don’t have anything. This should be known to those inquiring about the property.

My boyfriend brother and I all stayed in this cute little cottage, loved it so much!! Having the clamming and crabbing gear was awesome was able to just walk down onto the beach and start clamming! So much fun! And the view was gorgeous!! Will defiantly stay here again!

Very nice!
The house was nice. A little hard to find as GPS took us to the nearest intersection on the gravel road but not the few houses down the row but not too difficult. Gravel driveway would make it very difficult for anyone who is in a wheelchair to access but not hard for those able bodied enough to walk. Cute little back yard and nice view. Beds comfortable.

Not Impressed
There was a bad smell in the home and the dishes in the cupboards and drawers were not clean. Probably won't be staying here again. Neighbors were loud at night.
