「The room was great and large. The only downside was no view of the ocean because trees were blocking the view. You have to call the hotel to get a third-floor room that has a view. 」

「Under a lot of construction to remodel rooms, which desperately need it but service and rooms were great and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. 」

「The manger that was on duty was absolutely amazing. She handled multiple wrong bookings like a pro. We love ocean shores and it was out first time staying here. Like most places here a lil run down but it was a fantastic stay! 」

「Staff was friendly, ice machine was broken, there was poop in the parking lot that wasn't cleaned up... Room was great. 」

「The pool and Hot Tub were over chlorinated and burnt your eyes to use it. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a good selection but the dining room was small and crowded. When I went to the front desk to ask for extra shower towels I was told to go find the cleaning cart and ask for one there. I had to search 3 floors to find the cleaning ladies to get a towel. It was okay but the service could have been better. 」
