"Good location and wifi. The rooms do not come with hairdryers, you would need to pay 100 DDK to buy a hairdryer. They only clean the rooms when you tell them the night before at 10pm. We arrived past midnight the night before and left early in the morning, so was not made aware. Also, we were often out early in the morning and arrived past 10pm. They were incredibly inflexible despite requesting politely. They charge to store luggage as well, whilst most hotels usually offer for free. Rooms were small, but understandable for the budget. Overall, the lack of consideration and flexibility over cleaning rooms made it a very negative experience."

"Easy to find, lovely hotel with super comfy beds. Never made it to the hotel swimming pool as the family swim hours weren't convenient for us as we would have used it late afternoon/early evening. We chose to have breakfast at the train station. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. I had booked a basic room for my son and I. But the bed was extremely small for 2 people. So I had to upgrade for an extra charge. Keep in mind the bed sizes before booking. "

"I did not know when I booked this room that there was no bathroom. We were on the 5th floor. There were 14 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The hard part was that the shower was in the same room as the toilet. So if someone was taking a shower- no one could use that toilet. Very inconvenient. I don’t recommend this hotel for families, people with bladder issues, or elderly. Also we had some perishable snacks and restaurants leftovers. There are no fridges in the room. Since they have a restaurant, we asked if they could store our food. They said no/ it was against the rules. There are no ice buckets to perhaps put our food on ice. We had to eat what we could, then throw the rest away. If you are a minimalist- then it would be a good place to stay because it is right next to Central Train Station. "
