「It was too hot」

「An experience to stay in a castle- but I think I prefer more modern accommodation」

「Had I known that the room and where we needed to register were in two separate locations (10 minute walk in the rain) I would not have booked this place. Parking was said to be easily accessible on the street was not true at the time. Other than that, the room was acceptable.」

「They wanted our breakfast time booked ten days in advance. They called and said it was “mandatory” to provide a time. 」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff were wonderful despite our flight being delayed and having to check in very late. 10/10 would recommend!」

「Where do I even begin? From the moment I got there; I was treated like royalty. Staff was top notch. Pods are the coolest thing and such a wonderful experience. The Hottub and dry sauna are pristine. The pods are so nicely designed and super clean. Waking up to the country side was one of the most spectacular views ever. I should’ve stayed my entire week there and never left. I was so content and relaxed! I will definitely be back soon!!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! 」

「Very friendly welcome. Room upgrade nice, to balcony with views. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was very poor. While the water was only Luke warm in the evening and again in the morning.」

「The dining room didn't smell so great, very musty. The room was pretty cold, even trying to turn on the heat. The Breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. A bit of confusion on checking in, she did not seem to have the reservation, but explained the next morning that she had recently changed her email, so went to the junk folder. No problem getting in the room however.」

「Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated.」
