Take a few steps down to the main living area featuring a large gourmet chef's kitchen with seating for 17 between the dining room, breakfast table and island bar. Guests can sit by the fireplace and enjoy the beautiful views of historic Peak 1, or watch TV from the large, cozy living room. Two floors down, the lower entertainment room offers another fireplace, a large TV with HDMI access for gaming consoles and a pool table.

Five unique bedrooms offer spacious quarters for guests. Three private master en-suites with comfortable king beds are located on their own levels of the estate. Couples can retreat to their rooms where they can watch TV or relax on their own private deck or patio. The lowest level offers two modern timber bunk bedrooms, each with their own full bath, consisting of a total of 6 queen beds.

The back of the home offers panoramic views of the national forest and features a relaxing, private hot tub on the lower level and a large deck with gas grill on the main level. The national forest offers guests the opportunity to hike, snowshoe, cross-country ski, or watch the abundant wildlife.
