Family-friendly villa in Corfu with a rooftop terrace

Lovely peaceful and enjoyable

Relaxing and peaceful holiday. Beautiful accommodation and despite not having a car we managed, in the heat, to walk to restaurants and the local supermarket/bakery. We enjoyed all the facilities of the accommodation and planned our week so we could relax around the pool and take in the stunning views.

most amazing villa with panoramic views

House on the Rocks is the most amazing villa with panoramic views. We loved the infinity pool watching the boats pass by. The bar area was amazing for beautiful evenings enjoying the sunset. Bbq & kitchen was well equipped. We fell in love with the area, Aphrodite store & bakery so accommodating, ordering us kebabs especially & delivering. Thalassa Taverna was incredible. 10 out of 10

Highly recommend this villa!

My family of five had a fabulous stay at the house on the rocks. Views are absolutely breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a car so the location was great for us to explore neighbouring beaches, towns etc. There is a market that’s within walking distance (great homemade tzatziki) as well as a few restaurants. Highly recommend this villa!

Amazing Villa with beautiful view. Our favourite place

This is a Fantastic villa in the most beautiful location. . Our fav part is being in the infinity pool looking out at what we think is one of the best views ever . Also relaxing on the terraces and cooking on the amazing barbecue. We have been to The House On The Rocks three times now and Ive just booked up for a fourth. We have become good friends with the owner Natasha and her mum Alexandra who both make us feel so welcome and seeing them each year is part of our holiday if you book this place you will not be disappointed as I said before its absolutely amazing and we love it if you book enjoy. Wonderful location

Exceptional - Secluded , spacious , well equipped and comfortable villa with exceptional views - especially from the infinity pool .Spotlessly clean and kept that way by regular visits - five times during our fortnight stay - by the housekeeping team . Amazing stay - everything was perfect. Eos Travel were extremely professional and clear in their instructions for check in/directions etc. We also really appreciated the local tips and helpful numbers. The cleaners were amazing and friendly. Our electricity and internet were fixed so promptly after the storm as well - we were so impressed.

View of dreams!

Amazing villa, only 2 of us stayed but plenty of space for a family/couples. Well equipped. Plenty of towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. Water wine left for us. Quite a few books have been left in the villa for others to read. Air con works fine but even opening the doors allows a great breeze. If you go up the drive turn left (10 mins pretty much flat walk) theres 4 tavernas (lovely food at all of them), 2 shops, a bakery (the orange and lemon cake are stunning) a cocktail pizza bar which will deliver pizza to the villa if you call them (7pm until late). We got a taxi to ipsos which is full of bars, tavernas shops- more upbeat. The villa is very secluded just out of this world. The WiFi isnt great downstairs and roaming charges cost a fortune due to being close to Albania, wasnt an issue to me. The drive is steep with steps down to the villa at the end of the drive but Im not a walker and found it fine walking up it twice a day. We didnt cook in the villa just ate out for the time we were there! The pool is fab the views are just unreal. If you get the chance to go, you wont regret it. 5 stars from us!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The view is incredible and breathtaking. The house was super clean and had everything a family of 6 people will need in order to cook and enjoy the facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped, big living room and two great balconies. The house was cleaned two times a week. Everything we needed was answered quickly and professionally by the owner. We will definitely come back. Thanks

Everything about the villa is spectacular

Everything about the villa is spectacular! The villa itself is like something out of a film. The large swimming pool to the spacious bedrooms and the perfect location. We had travelled to many Greek islands on this holiday but this was by far the most stunning villa. Excellent air conditioning and clean rooms. There is a lovely beach less than a 10 minute walk away and lovely restaurants. Will definitely be coming back. The host was extremely kind and helpful.

The location is beautiful, absolutely private

We were staying at house on the rocks at the end of October for our honeymoon trip. The location is beautiful, absolutely private which is what we wanted. It is the perfect place to chill by the pool or on the balcony with a book and take in the stillness of the surrounding nature. The Tv and Wifi are not the best so take games, books, or anything to keep yourselves entertained, especially for the evenings when it's too dark outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We were surprised however to see that practically all of Corfu shuts down on the 31st October, besides the centre of Corfu town. So if you plan on visiting Corfu at the end of season, as they call it, be prepared - rent a car for sure as you will need it. And pack a jacket, it gets quite fresh at night!

Spectacular outlook over the Ionian

On arrival you cannot help but be impressed by the view from the terraces and it makes this a very special place to stay. Great quiet and private position within walking distance of several friendly tavernas, the beach and boat hire. Generally a well-equipped, comfortable villa, although some things were little tired. Instructions, in English, on how to use some of the appliances/facilities would have been useful but the owners were very responsive to all our queries. Maybe it was us, but we didn't get along with the automatic coffee filter machine and would take a cafetiere for our next stay........
