Castles in Corfu Regional Unit

"A great location, a few minutes walk away from several quiet beaches and coves with crystal clear waters for swimming. Kalami has everything you could need, plenty of restaurant choices, though most are a little more pricey than the usual typical Greek Taverna. Thomas' Place was our favourite for service and typical Greek home cooked food. Calao was great as a treat, especially on their live Jazz night. Some reviews say the walk up the hill to the room is steep, but the view comes with a small price and, for the higher rooms at the top of the hill, there are lifts and also a golf buggy for the tired, inebriated or those just too relaxed to hike. Service was great across the board, but lost a star (to 4) due to an initial mix up which they fixed, but then failed to provide the voucher they'd promised us as a sweetener. Didn't detract from the overall brilliance of the holiday though."

"Beautiful hotel. Very elegant. Fabulous buffet dinner only 20 euro each and great buffet breakfast. Good location 1/2 hr walk from Old Town or a taxi ride 10 euro in heat. Lovely staff, bit noisy at night but good with balcony door closed. "
