Perfect Stay!
This was a lovely home. We have stayed in many nice oceanfront homes in the obx, and this one had our favorite layout so far. There is a beautiful ocean view from every room in the house. This home is perfect for the off-season with a large hot tub on the top deck, easily accessible from the upstairs master and a perfect view of the waves.

There were many items not working such as the TV ans windows. There is ant problem and. countless spiders. The furniture carpet and fireplace is dirty. The house was poorly maintained.

Great location, subpar everything else
For starters, counters, cabinets and coffee maker were dirty. Very disappointed that the home was poorly equipped with no cleaning supplies, only one dish towel, no blow dryers and the list goes on. If that is all standard, i feel like folks should be aware of what is included. I made these reservations through Vrbo which directed me to Vacasa which is who I will also give feedback to. One of the toilets were broken and another toilet seat broken. I called Vacasa, spoke to housekeeping and maintenance and was told someone would come out to fix the toilets. Never happened. The location was great but the house is so poorly maintained it shouldn’t be rented out until the owner puts some money into it. I believe this rests on the management company as I’ve never had issues with Vrbo in the past, but moving forward, I will never rent a home through Vacasa again. So disappointing.

This House is very poorly managed
We arrived at this property full of excitement only to be met with 2 FULL garbage cans in the front and a disgusting BBQ grille. Then we proceeded to the front door which was extremely dirty, and gave us pause as to what was in the house. The kitchen appliances where old and the cook top cracked, the refrigerator freezer was hard to open, there were no wine glasses and the pots and pans were rusty and old. We were unable to cook a decent egg in the morning. I called the rental company and expressed my concern and was told that the property manager would call me. She did not. Someone did deliver some wine glasses and a box of new pans the next day. Moving on to cleanliness- there was no sanitation station in the house, which was interesting because every other place that we had stay through the summer had one at the front door. The owners of this property DO NO CARE about this house and are clearly just wanting to make a profit with no regard for renters.. Put your good errand money somewhere else. We had rented for 4 nights but left after 2. If this is the kind of property Corolla Classics represents we will not be doing business with them in the further.

Could have been great
Excellent house architecturally, beautiful beach, lovely neighborhood, convenient shops, but ---1. indifferently equiped and maintained (e.g., 3 of five bathrooms had broken toilet paper holders, glassware included only one wine glass, freezer door would not close therefore freezer would not freeze, no pot holders therefore no steamer pot meals; and 2. noisy late night parties nearby several evenings which seemed to just begin around midnight. Could have been great, but fell well short.

Great location for family of 6
Location was excellent. However patio furniture needs updating. Bring your own beach chairs or rent. The ones at the house are old, rusted and broken. Also make sure to bring toilet paper and hand soap along with personal toilet trees. How was not super clean upon arrival. Cleaners requested 45 more minutes and there was still some in the outdoor table and food on the floor.
