Overall Good Stay
We had a pretty nice stay at Whaler’s Inn. The location is very convenient to the beach (only a few doors up from a walkway to the beach that has good access for beach wagons). The rental was clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The inside of the unit was really nice and relaxing. All in all it was a good stay.A couple items that should be noted.The inside was nice but the outside of the property is showing considerable wear. You can see some items having been fixed recently but others will likely need to be fixed in the near future. The internet is very slow, so slow in fact that we had to use our phones as hotspots the entire week to use laptops (so think before booking if you plan to work on your trip). Lastly, we had a bee issue that we reported our second day that never was resolved. The property management company called us mid week saying they received the message and someone would be out but nobody ever showed up. Unfortunately, we had someone with us that was allergic that was not able to enjoy the outside space as a result. All that being said, if you are traveling with a focus on being at the beach you really couldn’t ask for a better location.
