"The number of maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and mold issues was beyond normal wear and tear. We found a sand-filled, dirty pool; broken exterior lights, leaving the path to the beach access dangerously dark at night; construction trash throughout property; rotting deck boards; exposed carpet ..."
