“We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights between December 13 and 22, 2025 for funeral services. Leah at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our requests. She always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel at home at all times. She is incredibly pleasant, and it’s clear she would do anything she could to help. We are truly grateful for her outstanding service.”

“We had a queen room in the lakeside lodge, and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. We didn't have to use the ear plugs at all. The staff was always helpful but it was sometimes difficult to reach anyone at the front desk. This was frustrating when we wanted towels but we ended up just getting our steps in and walked to the lobby.

“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal.
