"Housekeeping was excellent and courteous, always knocking first and asking whether cleaning service was needed. Unfortunately, the hotel offers very limited amenities. We requested a kettle or microwave, eye mask, and ear plugs, but were informed that none of these were available. Parking is also an additional charge. Considering the extra fees, we expected a better level of amenities and overall guest experience."
