There is an interior spiral staircase that connects first & second floors and leads to the bedrooms. Includes stackable washer/dryer on the main level. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the marina and intercoastal waterway! Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas include a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
