Complete with amazing ocean views and high-end home furnishings, this seaside escape boasts complimentary on-site access to an incredible array of amenities, including two outdoor pools that are heated during our winter months, a snack bar, a sundeck, a fitness center, and a convenience store. An Arnold Palmer-designed 9-hole golf course and a 3-hole short course are also located in the resort. A boardwalk over the dunes offers easy beach access.

The home's three-story interior is decked out with elegant coastal decor and top-of-the-line features designed for complete modern comfort. A floating island and gourmet appliances, including a six-burner gas range and a pot faucet, will spark culinary inspiration in the open-concept kitchen. The Keurig coffee maker includes traditional drip and single-serve settings for convenient morning brew options. The furnished ocean-view loft offers a sunny perch for reading or star-gazing. A custom kid's bunk room featuring a smart TV and a game table provides a dedicated space for younger guests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
