Perfect Location

We went to Rockport for a few days of fishing. This home was right on the water, clean and perfect amenities for our group of 6 adults. The property manager was available as needed. The fishing pier is an added benefit. I would recommend this property.

Great getaway

Blue Chill is the perfect place to relax. The house and view are beautiful and close to everything. We were celebrating my son’s 21st birthday and he loved the private fishing pier across the street. Charles and Natalie were great hosts and always available. Needless to say we had a great time.

This property was perfect for the 6 of us. We are all in our 70's. Fishing pier was handy. Charles and Natalie are excellent hosts and quick to respond.The porch and balcony are very comfortable with great views.There are 2 bedrooms upstairs but stairs were no problem for us. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Bay Reset

Great property with all 4 bedrooms en suite and an extra half bath. Looking out on the bay was so restorative. I had not realized that we had access to the fishing pier as well. That was an unexpected bonus. The flow of the house was perfect and having the garage for one car was helpful. We all felt like the house helped provide the perfect reset for the four of us as we were coming in on fumes. The house was well appointed and we appreciated that. Hope to be back!

Gorgeous but not comfortable

Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Thermostat was not adjustable. We were so cold and left early because we could not sleep in the cold. Under the beautiful furniture were dead roaches. The microwave didn’t heat food, either. The bright spot was the management who came out to try to adjust the thermostat for us. Very kind people. Unfortunately, their efforts didn’t work. The backyard gate was broken and therefore backyard was not secure. But oh, the view! Amazing! Great memories were made here. Beware of parking problems and Pat the HOA lady will surely make you aware of them. Neighbors were so very friendly, otherwise.

The view was great, quiet neighborhood. We used the pier every morning. The house is super cute - every bedroom has its own bathroom. Loved the fence yard for the pups. Tons of restaurants close by.
