Family spring break

We had a great stay. The location is absolutely perfect (near all the things) we got to enjoy live music on our patio and really just enjoyed the overall stay

Beautiful new building just blocks from the beach and close to everything you need for your time in Port Aransas. Highly recommended and we will be back again!

The townhouse is in a great location & super cute! Other than our beds being dirty upon arrival & the elevator got shut off after 24 hours with no further assistance or communication it was great!

Beach Trip 2024

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house in Port Aransas, TX! The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The only minor issue was with the dryer, which had a bit of trouble drying clothes quickly, but this did not detract from our overall experience. Everything else was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We’re already looking forward to returning next summer!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give it a 3.5 Overall Place is beautiful obviously is brand new and the location was perfect The only bad thing about it was that the place was still under construction having construction trucks during our vacation was not the best and especially the rental that we got was still under construction but overall we made the best of it!

Great location and property but can be improved

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally a great stay and location. Several quicky things that I chalk up to a new property. No TV in the TV mount of the cabana/carport which is REALLY lame since that was part of the reason for selecting this unit. No grill at rental or main pool was disappointing. Hot tubs did not heat. No trash pickup at the community pool all week so overflowing bins. Not enough blankets upstairs (master bed and living room). Not enough towels/washrags for the size. Provided 2 washing pods isn't enough (both dishes and laundry). Door code changed halfway through stay was obnoxious (and never even got code for elevator door). VERY BRIGHT bedrooms--the outdoor lights blast you all night so there should be blackout curtains or something. Several weird buildout things like reversed toilet paper rolls, doors that bang into each other, mini fridge handle on wrong sde, etc. Outdoor water spigot needs a hose or even better a outdoor shower so sand isn't tracked in the pool and unit.

Bed and dishes

King bed on 2nd level sags. Mattress needs more support or box spring. Dishes are cheap and don't clean in the dw because of the lip on the plates.
