Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! The rooms were comfy, the house was big, and the kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen necessities. We will definitely come back in the future!

Short Getaway at a beautiful home!

This home was beautiful and cozy and had everything we needed. Safe and clean and upgraded! Definitely will stay again! Highly recommend this incredible getaway!! 5 stars all the way around!!

Very nice home

We stayed in this home for a couple weeks while house hunting in the area and really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, well appointed and located close to everything we needed. We had a small herd of deer in the backyard most mornings, which was fun for the dogs to watch. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable Cottage

This place was great! Prefect communication with the host. This cottage is in a great neighborhood and in walking distance of many amenities, whether it be restaurants, stores, fishing or just to take a peaceful walk or go for a run in the morning. Rockport is our favorite, and now we have a place to look for as we would stay here again.

Just what we needed

Great space for what we needed for the weekend. Very nice inside. It was unfortunate that the fence was not completed, therefore, I couldn’t let my dog out without having her on a leash. That is the only negative thing. The furniture, decor, the look of the house was everything I expected!

Somewhat disappointed

The home was old and moderately upgraded. It had a very noticeable musty smell. The large couch in the living area was significantly stained. The HVAC thermostat was not working when we arrived. Guest bath water flow at the sink was minimal. Lamps and ceiling lights in one bedroom with burned out bulbs and no replacements. The owner, however, was very accessible and responsive but didn’t seem to be aware of all the existing issues. I he sent over batteries to fix the thermostat and I replaced them and googled how to program the thermostat. I think if you don’t mind the smell and if the above issues are addressed it would be an ok place to stay.
