We had a wonderful stay. The condo, although older, is meticulously clean. Communication with the property manager was great and we could find everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and were thrilled to see Indigo Buntings (birds) and a Coyote while enjoying our evening soak!

The property was super cute! So close to the beach, but we drove because had so many things to carry. The gym was closed for remodeling and there were balconies renovation starting when we were checking out. There was no brooms in the property, so sand was a little problem by the front door. Close to many restaurants and shops. Overall, we would love to stay here again.

Loved the decor all throughout the condo! The beds were super comfy and the rainhead shower in the master bath was amazing after a long day. Super close to the beach and loved waking up to sit on the balcony and catch the morning rays. Perfect place for a beach getaway!

From when we walked in the front door, this condo ticked all the boxes: Clean? Check. Great kitchen? Check. Both bedrooms with great mattresses and bathrooms? CHECK!! And the balcony with 4 great chairs and a perfect place to watch jumping fish in the pond? Double check!! We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Worst stay by far. It has a 2 star rating because its on the beach. The listing wasn't correct, all amenities not present. Dishes left in dishwasher? Hair in bathroom showers. Deadbolt on balcony broken. No working smoke detector, and one is missing. Broken glass jar by the sink. Malfunctioning coffee maker? Leaked everywhere. Manager Jason contacted us to fix the problems, and then never came to fix them. No further response from the local office. Half the gym equipment on site is broken and all of it is outdated.

The location is perfect, very quiet and the perfect size for my family. We loved the kitchen and want that oven in our own home now! The beds were very comfy too. We felt at home and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean condo. Nice view off the balcony. Close to the beach and pool. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is you can hear people walking in the condo above and it’s loud. The family wasn’t jumping around just walking, but we were woken up every morning. I’d stay at the complex again but in a 3rd story unit.

We stayed in the same unit in October of 2021 and because we were happy with the cleanliness, decor, onsite amenities, the water views from the balcony and the location we decided to return. We were a group of 5 and we had an enjoyable, memorable time.

I loved the attention to detail with the host. Beach towels and even plastic wine glasses! The location was nice and quiet and just feet away from the pool. The beach was minutes away. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for a weekend!

We loved everything about this property…excellent .location, great balcony with the best views, super clean, big roomy kitchen with ample supplies, lovely decor, and great beds,. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and spacious. We can’t wait to book it again for next summer!

Floors are real thin and guy lives under this unit and called property management within 45 minutes of us being there and made a noise complaint and this is us mainly unpacking so we had to make sure our 3 year old didnt make a whole lot of noise even walking around it was even hard on us to not make the floor make noise

We loved this property. My only complaint was one neighbor warning us about oir 5 year old making noise before we had even made it into our rental. This had this mom on edge and worried about him even making the slightest noise the entirety of our stay. We loved how clean and at home we felt in the condo and definitely can't emphasize how perfectly this was located in proximity to the beach and pool!
