Built-in bunk beds hold two kiddos in the cleverly crafted hallway nooks, each with their own nautical lighting! The large, cozy couch and soft pillows in the living area invite your guests to relax while watching the 46'' flat-screen TV. The couch also folds out to accommodate two more! Enjoy preparing a meal for your family in the open, roomy, kitchen area. Take in more views of the Corpus Christi channel and fantastic South Texas sunsets through an entire wall of windows, or step out onto the balcony for some ocean air! IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Serenity Found is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Serenity Found the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
