4th of July Stay

Location was great, close to many food options & the beach. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart, the resort is quite big. Wish the staff inside guest services were a little more informative. Staff at the pools were great though!

Perfect for a small family!

We’re a family of 3 and this house was the perfect fit for us. Kids loved the built in bunk beds and I loved the king in the master. Plenty of pool & bath towels available. Had everything we needed for a weekend trip!

I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had the greatest time! As a family, we always do a summer beach trip along the coast. This is quite possibly our favorite one thus far! The memories that were made this weekend will last for generations!

Visit to Palmilla in Port A

Palmilla is on Mustang Island near Port A. Absolutely beautiful resort! Great amenities, lovely homes and architecture! Golf course, chairs & umbrellas set up for you on beach, two pools..one with a swim up bar, Black Marlin upscale restaurant and fun outdoor grill and bar. Stayed in one of their one bed condos which was charming. Very well appointed. Guest services and Vacasa customer service was beyond compare! Will definitely come back!

Few inconveniences but nice property

The place itself was clean and the perfect size for us-- in the past we've spent too much on larger places only to realize we spent most of our time OUT of the rental at the beach, pool or in town. So it was nice to have plenty of room while saving. I was however bummed by a few inconveniences--the washer door wouldn't shut so therefore the washing machine wouldn't start--we were quickly out of towels and our laundry piled up. Also, the master bedroom door did not lock! There was a cockroach in our room the first night (although I realize this could happen it anywhere). Lastly, because of the construction nearby, we returned from the beach one afternoon to find the tire of our Yukon completely flat with a screw in it. We had to put on a spare in the scorching heat, take it into town and because of this missed dinner with our friends. :(. The are easy fixes, however, by property manager and then the place would be great!

Relaxing anniversary trip

The property was just as described. It was very clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the resort, it was very peaceful and relaxing. We rented a golf cart that made it really easy to cruise the beach. It was a great trip!

Great Stay

We spend the least 4 days at this lovely condo. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully outfitted to cook our meals. The location was excellent as it was away from the busy part of town. Having an on-site golf cart rental made it a snap to the beach or to town via the beach. The Pool is super nice as well. The only thing I would fix is the front door, the door latch is missing a part, making it hard to lock. Otherwise we had a great time on a beautiful beach in a great area. Will be back.
